Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service or related field preferred
- High school diploma required
Work Experience Requirements
- One year experience with a foster care or social service agency working with child placement or case management

Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability for compliance with agency and regulatory mandates
- The ability to work with persons from various ethnic backgrounds, with particular emphasis in working with families of African American heritage
- Ability to navigate and input data into the Key Information Demographics System
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Outlook;
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administering early childhood development assessment tool to children referred to the agency from ages birth to 60 months:
- The assessment includes a developmental questioner and a social/emotional tool.
- Score the completed assessment score and submit it for processing through the Alliance for Infants
- Responsible for tracking and document collection
- Responsible for making recommendations and referrals to the supporting children development agencies
- Engage as designated in relation to implementing, monitoring, tracking and assessing all early childhood services
- Engage with Point of Contact and CYF Caseworkers for child’s developmental needs
- Complete the necessary contact summary documentation in KIDS and Extended reach database systems
- Keep accurate records and statistical data in cooperation with the department Director
- Prepare and submit reports as requested
- Other duties as assigned
- Adhere to program and agency policies and procedures governing the program objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered and insured vehicle
- Certificate of Insurance of vehicle
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
- Current Act 33 and 34 Clearances
- Available to work flexible schedule
