Clinical Director for Addiction Treatment Facility

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of our new treatment center in Georgia. The Clinical Director will be responsible for managing clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.

Duties:

• Develop, implement, and manage clinical policies and procedures specific to our Georgia facility
• Oversee clinical management to ensure high-quality patient care
• Manage and coordinate clinical services provided by the facility
• Collaborate with medical and clinical staff to establish comprehensive treatment plans
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with all Georgia healthcare regulations and standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to clinical teams

Qualifications:

• Degree in Behavioral or Mental Health or a closely related field
• Georgia License required (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Two or more years' experience working with substance use disorders, mental health, and associated co-occurring disorders
• One or more years of previous supervisory experience

Experience and Skills:

• Experience in managing healthcare facilities
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry, specifically in Georgia
• Proven experience in healthcare management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of clinical management practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
