Job Description:
We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new addiction treatment facility in Eastman, Georgia, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Director/Clinical Manager/Therapist to be a pivotal part of our dedicated team. This multifaceted role offers a unique opportunity to oversee medical and clinical operations while directly impacting the lives of those in need. This can be a secondary or additional facility licensed by a doctor to generate additional income. It can be remote, telehealth, or partially onsite.

Responsibilities:

Medical Director Duties:

  • Lead and manage the medical operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the medical staff to develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols.
  • Provide guidance and leadership in the development and review of individualized treatment plans.
  • Uphold compliance with medical regulations, safety protocols, and ethical standards.

Clinical Manager Duties:

  • Oversee the clinical team, including addiction counselors and therapists, fostering a cohesive and supportive environment.
  • Implement best practices in addiction treatment and ensure the delivery of quality services to clients.
  • Monitor treatment outcomes and make data-driven decisions to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to elevate clinical care.

Therapist Duties:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based interventions.
  • Empower clients to develop coping strategies and promote resilience in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to design personalized treatment plans for each client.
  • Cultivate a therapeutic alliance with clients and provide support for their families.

Team Leadership:

  • Inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a compassionate and empathetic culture.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, nurturing professional growth and development.
  • Encourage a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, promoting collaboration among team members.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) and valid license to practice medicine in Georgia.
  • Board certification in Addiction Medicine is highly desirable.
  • Master’s degree in clinical psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • State licensure or certification as a therapist or counselor (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • Proven experience in addiction treatment and behavioral health management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in a healthcare or addiction treatment setting.
  • A deep understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and recovery principles.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
