AT Staffing is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Bilingual Paralegal to join a busy Law Firm here in Tyler. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, as well as strong administrative abilities.

  • Must have good comprehension of Family and/or Immigration Law.
  • MUST be Bilingual
  • Develop cases by assisting in drafting complaints, discovery requests, preparing responses to opposing counsel; deposition summaries, materials for mediation conferences; assist with preparing pleadings; monitoring and obtaining discovery responses
  • Enhance trial proceedings by organizing evidence, scheduling witnesses, ensuring that witnesses are ready when needed.
  • Observing business etiquette and maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Maintain contact with named plaintiffs, or witnesses regarding the status of case.
  • Previous Paralegal or Law Office Setting Experience.
  • Must have Strong Attention to Detail
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
