-TEAM Home Care, Inc., a leading home care provider based in Pennsylvania, is seeking to fill an immediate opening for a LPN for an immediate Opening in Levitown. The shift will be Monday - Friday from 11 Am to 4 Pm

  • Experience with in geriatric experience REQUIRED
  • RN certification REQUIRED/ LPN certification Required
  • Valid driver's license REQUIRED
  • Criminal background check REQUIRED
  • Must be able to start IMMEDIATELY
  • MUST have current two step TB clearance (PPD)
