Position Summary: The Equipment Manager performs various activities, such as requisitioning, receiving, storing, stocking, and distributing a wide variety of materials and supplies.

Role and Responsibilities*
- Receive, unpack, inspect, and count inbound materials and components
- Classify, label, and inventory tool crib
- Enter equipment checkout and returns into A/Z Database
- Facilitate ordering of new and replacement tools
- Initiate and track tool warranty claims
- Keep A/Z owned material organized in a neat and orderly fashion
- Ensure equipment is clean and in working order
- Coordinate tool and material deliveries to job sites in a timely manner
- Track PO’s and scan weekly to Accounts Payable
- Follow A/Z’s SOP requirements for Vendor Material Returns
- Coordinate equipment calibration, repairs and maintain appropriate records
- Perform additional duties as required
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Possess a high degree of initiative, creativity, communication skills and self-supervision
- Strict adherence to all safety rules and quality
- Participate in site housekeeping and maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components

Required Skills /Training Requirements:*
- 3-7 years of previous supply or warehouse experience
- OSHA 30 certification
- DoT Medical Card

Qualifications and Education Requirements*
- High-School diploma
Preferred Skills:
- Inventory Management software experience (Tool Watch)
