Position: Marketing Analyst

The brass tacks: The Marketing Analysts are consumer behavior experts. Across all of our markets, they collect, manage, and interpret campaign performance data in order to advise our marketing team of the most successful and efficient path forward. 

What you bring to the table:

? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

? Work experience as Marketing Analyst or similar role

? Working knowledge of the Google Analytics Suite including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio

? A track record of experience in organic, paid and local search is preferred.

? History with platforms and toolsets focused on increasing conversion rates and enhancing user experience (e.g. landing page platforms, A/B split testing platforms, heat mapping tools, etc)

? Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience presenting data visualizations and analytical insights is preferred

What you’ll do for us:

? Configure and maintain data sets from multiple performance monitoring platforms spanning disciplines including but not limited to website analytics, phone call tracking, appointment scheduling, search engine optimization, email/SMS, and digital media.

? Tag management for all tags/pixels related to event and conversion tracking, audience building and user experience enhancement.

? Analysis of marketing performance at the overarching brand and individual store/location levels. Identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement with lead generation, nurture and conversion processes.

? Reporting and data visualization to clearly demonstrate actionable insights and recommended next steps to foster growth, create marketing and operational efficiencies, and meet revenue objectives.

? Work closely with our marketing team to recommend campaign optimizations and opportunities for lead generation

? Conduct competitive market research and analyze collected data

? Decrease marketing cost/efficiencies by identifying underperforming tactics

? Monitor campaign performance and recommend A/B testing of placements, creative, offers, and CTAs

Your first 90 days:

? Overhaul, clean, and digest current data

? Create dashboard reporting system to show marketing cost percentage of revenue per channel and market

? Conduct A/B testing
