Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students across different grade levels.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote academic improvement.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the overall educational experience of students.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices in English language teaching.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
  • Proven teaching experience in a top private school within California. Applicants must specify the name of the private school(s) where they have taught or are currently teaching.
  • Strong command of the English language and a passion for teaching English literature and language arts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to professional growth and development.
