The Opportunity

Chief architect is looking for talented .Net Leads/archs to help spearhead the building and implementation of a World Class Informatics Platform. You will be tasked to build sophisticated interfaces working hand in hand with the chief architect

The Role

As a Solution Architect you will:

· Collaborate with stakeholders, team members to clarify intent, identify opportunities, optionality and facilitate an informed decision

· Actively participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming with scrum teams helping to vertically slices stories

· Partner with product owners to create stories that highlight the business value of non-functional architecture practices

· Steward architecture artifacts working with teams to make sure systems have appropriate boxes and lines diagrams showing data flow, connectivity, sequence diagrams

· Steward architecture principles that are used in the solutioning/decision making process

· Facilitate an architecture guild where architecture practices are shared across teams, the depth of architecture and systems thinking is explored to continually improve the organizational knowledge around architecture

· Assess and introduce innovative technology and patterns to the organization that challenge the way we’ve solutioned and promotes innovation

· Help teams identify areas where we can take smart risks to leap forward and innovate

Some skills that qualified candidates will possess are the ability to:

Demonstrated experience in product development from inception of an idea to deployment and support of production software

· Experience with microservices and refactoring techniques to transition state-based systems to event first architectures

· Experience with agile software development methodologies

· Experience with software development best practices, including code standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

· · Demonstrated problem-solving ability

· Experience with Cloud technologies and ability to continually evolve technology solutions from legacy technologies to cloud technologies
