Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleaners, cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facilities.
Duties as a cleaner:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist with minor facility maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals
Skills:
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
- Experience in residential or industrial cleaning is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent comunication skills to your team and supervizors.
