Responsibilities : OperationalSupport :

OperationalSupport :

Assist the manager in overseeingdaily operations ensuring efficiency and adherence toorganizational policies.

Monitor and optimizeworkflow processes to enhanceproductivity.

Collaborate with team membersto achieve departmentalobjectives.

ProjectManagement :

Coordinate projects frominitiation to completion.

Develop projectplans allocate resources and track progress againstmilestones.

Provide regular updates to themanager and stakeholders on projectstatus.

CustomerRelations :

Ensure a high level of customersatisfaction by addressing inquiries and concernspromptly.

Collaborate with the customerservice team to maintain positive clientrelationships.

Qualifications :

Education : Min. Graduation

Experience : Proven experiencein a supervisory or assistant managementrole.

Skills :

Excellent leadership and interpersonalskills.

Strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities.

Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite and InternetSurfing

Communication :

Effectiveverbal and written communicationskills.

Should have good communication skillsinEnglish

WorkingDays : 10am to 7pm (Monday toSaturday)

Requirement : Must have own Laptopand good InternetConnection
