Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, M - F
A2Z Staffing, a Phoenix-based light industrial staffing agency is currently seeking a highly-motivated, highly-organized outside sales associate to grow our business in the Metro Phoenix area. Can you effectively develop and communicate a plan, and successfully execute that plan to close new business? Are you comfortable spending 50 - 75% of each day in the field, actively calling on, and following up with prospective clients? Can you efficiently and consistently follow up with prospects in order to close business? Can you listen to what prospects tell you and get beyond their "no" to get to the "yes"?
Requirements
· Must have a valid Drivers License
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must be able to get past gatekeepers and effectively sell to decision makers
· Must have verifiable success as an out-side sales representative
· Ability to manage a territory
· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
· Must be able to close business
· Must be highly accountable and track all activity in CRM
· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
