```Duties```:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Utilize construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to perform takeoffs and generate cost estimates
- Research and analyze historical data, market trends, and industry standards to ensure accurate pricing
- Prepare and submit proposals, including detailed breakdowns of costs and timelines
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best pricing and terms

```Skills```:
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in project management is a plus
