Title - HVAC Technician
Location - Brisbane, CA 94005
Duration - 6 month contract-to-hire
Hours - Day Shift Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM
Pay Rate - $41.25/hr
Responsibilities
Attend to all boiler maintenance and operations
Utilizes advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance on boilers and HVAC system.
Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance.
Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
4 year of commercial HVAC experience required
MUST HAVE at least 3-4 years of steam plant and steam boiler experience
Universal CFC certification required
Universal EPA license is Preferred
Ability to be medically cleared to wear N96 mask
Experience with CMMS and building systems
Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
