To the qualified candidate, we offer: Convenient Store Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 6:00PM, and Saturday, 8:00AM to 3:00PM (37.5 hour work week, no Sundays) The pay range is $15.20/hr.-$19.35/hr. based on experience and location Monthly Incentive Plan based on your individual performance Comprehensive health benefits package Over 3 weeks of paid time off accrued during the first year Paid time off to volunteer Tuition reimbursement 401(K) plan with company match Complimentary AAA Premier level membership What you’ll do: Consistently up-sell/cross-sell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals Plan domestic travel vacations (car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books and, triptiks) Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumes What we are looking for: Have a high school diploma/GED Minimum of six (6) months of sales/customer service experience Have effective communication skills both written and oral Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs Ability to read maps and geography knowledge a plus AAA Club Alliance (ACA) is an equal opportunity employer.
