Insurance Sales Assistant This position will be responsible for supporting our Insurance Sales Agents. As a sales assistant, your goal is to help the agents continue to grow their book of business. Depending on the office needs, this role can either be sales-oriented or service-focused. We are seeking an adaptable and charismatic individual who is comfortable working in a retail office environment. The primary duties of the Insurance Sales Agent Assistant are: Maintains & builds Agent’s direct prospect pipeline by utilizing company databases. Quoting new business proposals for personal lines insurance and life insurance customers Referring existing clients to Customer Service Centers and following up on inquiries as needed Follow-up on outstanding leads generated by Insurance Agent. Actively Cross-Sell Home/Auto/Life (if licensed) policies to existing policyholders. Other duties as assigned.
