Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide desktop support assisting users with various issues related to equipment and software.  You will support AAA employees in OH, PA, WV, KY, NY both virtually and in person (local only).

What Youll Do

• Every day, you will be fulfilling requests for new hardware: computers, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• On a daily basis you will also be working on tickets in the service request queue and provide timely status updates.
• You will also be resolving technical issues with computer hardware, operating systems, profiles, software configurations, printers, monitors, and peripherals.

What Youll Need

• To thrive in this role, you will need hands on experience working with computers hardware/software, technical support, or equivalent work experience.
• Your knowledgeable in MS Windows, MS Office, and other applications.
• You are self-driven with an eagerness and willingness to learn new and exciting technologies. problem solving, troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer service skills.

• At times you may need to travel to various branch offices including occasional overnight stays (1-4 times per year).  You will need a valid Driver License, acceptable driving record and minimum limits of automobile liability insurance.

• In this position you must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
