What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Administrator position at AAA Missouri?
Provides business unit operations support in the areas of commission tracking, purchasing, facilities, and or other administrative needs. Researches, prepares, and distributes business unit reporting for review and approval by management. Coordinates projects and performs special work assignments as necessary. Responsible for handling administrative tasks associated with department budgets, banking, postage meters, IT/telecom service requests and facilities/maintenance issues.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain, update, and distribute internal reports on expenses, incentive programs, including ad-hoc reports as needed.
Manage the Travel Insurance Licensing
Manage Business License for all ACMO Branches
Deposits & post all commission checks
Cashiering Support
Reviews all Office Supply orders
Manages Verifone Device Audits
Provides daily reports for managers
Prepares invoices for payment
Maintain & update organizational charts
Coordinate and oversee maintenance of all departmental files, ensuring compliance with corporate record retention guidelines
Education/Experience/Skills Requirements:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
4-yr College Degree or equivalent combination of education and work preferred
5 years of progressively increasing responsibility in an area such as financial analysis, business performance, operations management required
Prior experience in budgetary and financial analysis required
Prior experience managing multi-locations/multi-state projects and staff
Proficient in Microsoft Office software products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to accurately compile, analyze and provide reporting for large quantities of complex data
Knowledge of business unit specific applications such as Apollo, Travel Portal, TST, MRM Portal, Business Objects, Tableau
