Overview:
Supports business operations by understanding system requirements, develops and maintains the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) deliverables for various projects and upgrades. Documents required UAT test cases, prepares test data, validates test results, and documents defects accordingly.
Responsibilities:
Gain solid understanding of business functions and products. Act as a liaison for the functional area between IT and application team and the business.
Work closely with business leadership and other stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the ERS organization and translate that knowledge into technology and process design in Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations.
Document and track the current and future states of business processes and requirements.
Create functional and technical specifications based on business requirements. Evaluate changes to requirements and assess impacts of changes.
Tracks requirements from business case to implementation while maintaining requirements for reuse.
Define test scenarios within one business function to articulate new functional software needs. Assist in the defining and
Identify and gather appropriate business requirements to create the necessary solution to satisfy the business need.
Participate and oversee User Acceptance Testing and production validation related to tool enhancements.
Document processes and business requirements as well as articulate impacts to existing business processes.
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform. Ability to create reports and dashboards, and comfortable training users.
Understanding of Scrum framework.
Experience working with end users and development teams, writing user stories/acceptance criteria, and familiar with Jira
