AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for a Workforce Management Scheduler to join our team at our beautiful Call Center in Lake Oswego, OR!
This role administers workforce management software and provides support to Call Center leadership and staff by performing a wide range of scheduling, technical, and operational support tasks to optimize workforce scheduling. Coordinate daily activities of Call Center staff to provide effective roadside assistance to AAA members through optimal staffing levels and provide historical and real time reports to ensure the Call Center is operating efficiently and effectively. Ensure optimization of staffing levels 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the Call Center. Work on reports as needed.
This position provides scheduling optimization through a workforce management tool, data and performance analysis reporting for Call Center leadership and performs a variety of administrative assignments, including tool optimization as related to call center staff usage.
Desired Skills
- High school education or experience beyond high school specializing in a call center environment.
- Two or more years previous workforce management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with AAA areas of operation is recommended.
- Position requires strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, computer, database management, decision making, and data mining and analysis skills.
- Creativity required as new reports may need to be created frequently.
- Must possess strong leadership skills.
- Must possess strong customer service skills and ability to work within a team environment.
- Must have strong English reading, writing and speaking skills.
- Familiarity with a number of computer software programs and Internet usage is required.
