WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 21 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and the ability to operate passenger vehicles and trucks with automatic and manual transmissions.
- Can regularly lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds.
- Two (2) years’ experience in a customer service environment preferred.
- Ability to diagnose a variety of automotive systems.
- Ability to pass a physical examination required by the Department of Transportation.
- Satisfactory pre-and post-employment screening results, including criminal, drug and motor vehicle screening.
- The ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds; bending, kneeling and balancing to inspect vehicles and change tires and pushing vehicles on occasion. Must have complete dexterity and fine/gross motor skills. Exposure to noise from traffic on a daily basis.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide emergency mechanical assistance to our members, primarily in areas of electrical system diagnosis.
- Help people who need roadside assistance and make a difference to improve a person’s day.
- Provide great customer service to our members and when interaction with the general public.

SALARY RANGE:
The pay range for this position is $22.60 - $28.55 per hour depending on relevant experience. Depending on the assigned shift, there is a shift differential of 12-20%. This role is also eligible for an annual companywide discretionary bonus as well as fleet safety bonuses.
