The Payroll Manager reports to the Director of Finance and is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of the bi-weekly payroll. Confirms in the payroll system new hire, terminations, salary, personal, tax, and other information. Verify the calculation of the number of regular hours, overtime, and other hours. Assist in entering data into ADP and analyze payroll for reasonableness and review totals. Ensure deductions such as annuities, health benefits, union dues, and garnishments are recorded. Prepares Payroll Distribution and other payroll-related reports as required.
