Primary Responsibility: (Company Pick Up Truck Provided)
Oversee the construction and quality of projects under his/her supervision. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining the high standards that AACON General Contractors, LLC represents. Federal Projects Experience Required.
Work Tasks:
Ensure work is completed per schedule and within the budget. Maintain necessary paper work and keep accurate records. Perform assigned work in accordance with OSHA, Customer and AACON Safety Standards. Maintain all of the company’s tools and equipment in a secure manner.
Maintain currency in First Aid and CPR training.
Complete and turn in to the office all required paperwork.
Counsel Field Employees in AACON Quality Policy awareness.
Attend bi-annual superintendent quality improvement team meetings.
Education and/or Training:
Knowledge of reading and understanding blueprints.
Job scheduling & allotted time.
Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Supervisor Quality Improvement Procedures.
Working knowledge tools & equipment.
Manpower scheduling & allotment.
5 years working in the construction industry.
OSHA “Ten” for the Construction Industry certification (to be completed in the first year of employment).
Current First Aid /CPR certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
