We are looking for a HELP DESK ADMINISTRATOR!
Pay: $31.52/HR - $35.47/HR DOE
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Provide Windows and Mac Support, provision users with required applications and hardware, troubleshoot network connectivity issues, install operating systems & applications, system imaging and system migration.
- Installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems.
- Experience working as an IT help desk technician or in a similar customer support role.
- Azure / Microsoft 365 Management is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
