Position Overview:
As the Marketing Director at AAMCO Transmission, you will oversee the organization’s marketing field support team to provide essential guidance to our franchisees. You will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster brand loyalty. The ideal candidate possesses creative thinking, a strategic mindset, and exceptional leadership skills to inspire and energize our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Franchise Support: Provide guidance to effectively assist our franchisees in their local marketing.
Brand Management: Uphold consistent brand messaging, visuals, and positioning across all marketing channels to maintain and enhance AAMCO’s brand image.
Strategic Marketing: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for franchisees to elevate our brand’s visibility and stimulate customer acquisition. Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines, etc.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, and oversee the professional development of team members by providing guidance and feedback.
Partnerships and Collaboration: Become the organizations representative toward establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships
Market Insight: Conduct general market research by staying up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competition to identify opportunities and to shape marketing strategies appropriately.
Creative Thinking: Produce inventive ideas for promotional events and activities, while orchestrating a comprehensive strategy to execute these ideas efficiently.
Budget Management: Managing the marketing budget expertly, allocating resources to different campaigns and projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Marketing Director
- Franchise experience
- Excellent leadership and organizing skills
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in Online and Mass Media marketing techniques and best practices
- Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Google Adwords
- Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
- Automotive experience a plus
- Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus
