Title: Order Fulfillment Associate
Location: St. Cloud, MN, US (Onsite)
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree from an accredited college/university OR minimum one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Experience preferred in UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, or commercial banking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with internal/external customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies
- Conduct searches, document retrieval, preparation, execution, filings, and recordings across all jurisdictional levels
- Assist internal/external customers and vendors with order fulfillment and problem resolution
- Understand and demonstrate client service offerings, procedures, processes, methodologies, and jurisdictional requirements to stakeholders
- Make informed decisions to meet client expectations and requirements
- Recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, revenue growth, cost savings, and financial results
- Challenge existing procedures and processes, offering recommendations for improvement
- Provide training on products, jurisdictional requirements, and company databases to customers, team members, and vendors
