Carle Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care Department in Bloomington, Illinois.
Practice opportunity details include :
- Established outpatient-only practice with experienced and dedicated support staff
- Convenient Care is open 7 days a week; 7 AM 8 PM Mon-Fri and 8 AM 5 PM Sat & Sun. Holiday hours 8 AM - 4 PM
- Flexible scheduling
- The position will be based out of our Convenient Care location at Carle BroMenn Outpatient Center in Bloomington
- Other services available at Carle BroMenn Outpatient Center include Primary Care, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Behavioral Health, Rheumatology, Rehabilitation, Imaging, Women’s Imaging, and Lab Services
- Able to consult with specialists across the organization

Education Requirements :
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
Licensure / Certification Requirements :
Current Illinois Registered Nurse license and Advanced Practice Nurse / Physician Assistant licensure
