Responsibilities:
Inbound and Outbound Calls:

Handle incoming calls from individuals looking to sell their cars.

Make outbound calls to potential sellers based on provided leads and databases

Gather relevant information about the vehicle, including make, model, year, mileage, and overall condition.
Build Rapport and Establish Trust:

Engage with sellers in a professional and friendly manner.

Establish rapport to build trust and confidence in the selling process.

Address seller inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information about the car-buying process
Evaluate Vehicle Information:

Conduct a thorough evaluation of the provided vehicle details.

Assess the market value of the vehicle using internal tools and industry knowledge

Obtain additional information needed for a comprehensive assessment.
Negotiation and Pricing:

Utilize negotiation skills to agree on a fair and competitive price for the vehicle

Collaborate with team members and management to determine appropriate pricing strategies.

Documentation and Record Keeping:
