Job Description
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic call center team as KBB Buying Center Representatives. As part of our company, you will play a crucial role in acquiring vehicles from interested sellers through effective communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from individuals looking to sell their cars.
- Make outbound calls to potential sellers based on provided leads and databases
- Gather relevant information about the vehicle, including make, model, year, mileage, and overall condition.
- Engage with sellers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Establish rapport to build trust and confidence in the selling process.
- Address seller inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information about the car-buying process
Evaluate Vehicle Information:
- Conduct a thorough evaluation of the provided vehicle details.
- Assess the market value of the vehicle using internal tools and industry knowledge
- Obtain additional information needed for a comprehensive assessment.
- Utilize negotiation skills to agree on a fair and competitive price for the vehicle
- Collaborate with team members and management to determine appropriate pricing strategies.
- Provide clear explanations of the pricing process and factors influencing the offer.
- Accurately document all relevant information and details obtained during calls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for record-keeping.
- Prepare necessary documentation for the purchasing process.
- Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.
- Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and pricing strategies
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development opportunities.
