Immediate need for a Locums Adult Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive healthcare services to adult patients in Phoenix, AZ. This position offers an opportunity to work with adults only in a locum tenens capacity. The Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible for diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions and emphasize health promotion and disease prevention. Their services include, but are not limited to: ordering, conducting and interpreting diagnostic and laboratory tests; prescribing pharmacologic agents and non-pharmacologic therapies; and teaching and counseling.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
