What will you do in this role?

You will…

• Initiate, lead, and perform in-depth analysis and provide recommendations, repeatable data compilations or dashboards to support complex business problems.
• Generate analytics capabilities and data insights for end users, managers, and leadership
• Interpret complex business requirements, translating them into analytical problems and delivering high value insights and information.
• Interpret data, analyze results, and deliver end-to-end deep data analysis
• Utilize/deliver standardized tools and reporting which enable speed, efficiency, and scale in the business to accelerate the standardized business operations
• Ensure that solution exhibits high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reusability
• Perform other duties as assigned

What will you need to bring to the table in order to be successful in this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information System, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent suitable experience.
• 3 years of Azure Analysis Services and Power BI Desktop / Service
• Hands-on experience on SQL (Queries, Views, Stored Procedures) and DAX
• Experience on design and development of Data Warehouse and Data Mart from the beginning to the end
• Strong knowledge and experience of SQL Server 2017 or 2019
• Experience of Azure cloud environment (ADF, SSIS-IR, ADLS, and Azure SQL)
• Knowledge of ADO (Azure DevOps) and Agile project management
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot)
• Well-developed skills in prioritizing, organization, decision making, time management, and verbal/written communication skills
• Creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to work-related problems.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning.
• The ability to generate ideas that create value and improve processes.

This role is 100% remote. However, American Auto Shield is only set up to hire employees in certain states. To be considered for this role, you will need to have permanent residence in one of the following states:
