What will you do in this role?
You will…
- Implementation of custom Salesforce application that involves the Financial Cloud solutions.
- Write and maintain code assets such as apex classes, lightning web components, triggers.
- Create and maintain low code assets such as Omni Scripts, Workflows.
- Build lightning web components specializing in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, may including JS frameworks like React.
- Build custom triggers, salesforce events, and external tools to maintain data, import and export data, and for application integrity.
- Provide functional unit testing for all code. Unit testing standards well above and beyond purely meeting Salesforce code coverage requirements.
- Utilize best practices and troubleshooting techniques to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform.
- Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.
- Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
- Collaborate to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create testing and implementations plans, including user training and documentation.
- Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices as well as certifications.
What will you need to bring to the table in order to be successful in this role?
- Minimum of 7 years of Software Development experience with a Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Developer experience required
- Software development experience in any language outside of Salesforce highly preferred.
- Experience working with Software repositories required. Tools such as: Azure DevOps and Copado
- Experience working with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, & Metadata APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas
- Experience with product development life cycle and software testing, which includes devising unit test plans, creating unit test cases, establishing unit testing protocols and appropriate testing environments, coordinate and execute software testing.
- Experience with data structures, data modeling, and database schema
- Experience with declarative solutions including creation of custom objects, workflows, approvals, email alerts, field updates, outbound messages, and communication templates.
- Proven experience taking conceptual business needs and effectively translating into a solution-implementation.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
