We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing office operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.
Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle correspondence, prioritize incoming requests, and prepare reports
- Organize and maintain files and records in both physical and electronic formats
- Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Conduct clerical tasks such as data entry, transcribing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies
- Uphold phone etiquette standards by screening calls and taking messages accurately
- Support office management by overseeing office equipment maintenance and supplies inventory
Experience:
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in computer literacy with expertise in MS Office applications, especially excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in project coordination is a plus
- Candidate will process checks, make deposits and there is a lot of data entry
- Candidate will be fully trained
