What are the responsibilities and job description for the Area Manager position at AB Facility Services?
Area Manager(s) - direct the operation of a district (defined geographically or vertically) to achieve budgeted growth and profitability goals
-Reports to Director of Operations
-Conduct routine and random quality control and safety inspections
-Assist with start ups and transitions
-Increase retention with ongoing training and coaching initiatives
-Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
-Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
-Time and project management skills.
-Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business
-Must have ancillary sales experience for above base specials
Education
-5-10 years of experience in CLEANING/JANITORIAL industry.

Pay: $60,000-$65,000 per year plus monthly car allowance.
