Sales Trainee

POSITION OVERVIEW

• This is a full-time, in person, immediate hire role
• This position will require commuting to our office in Long Beach
• This position is Monday-Friday with some Saturdays
• We offer paid training to all new associates and continued opportunities for professional development
• Once training is completed we offer uncapped commission based off personal performance, the range listed is the average weekly pay for our full-time associates

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Emphasize the features of our client's products and services through impactful and interactive presentations to establish new customers or upgrade current ones
• Recommend service and product upgrades to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction
• Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on all products and available promotions
• Assist the management team members and executives as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues from various departments as needed

Sales Trainee Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Able to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times
• Experience working in a customer service-based position preferred
• Highly adaptable and able to think on your feet
• Able to perform well under pressure and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Able to travel locally
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours a week
• Able to stay positive and focused on the task at hand
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

As a Sales Trainee on our team, you will be responsible for executing outreach and sales strategies within a predetermined territory. The core focus for this role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers and execute sales presentations. We are committed to providing every Sales Representative with paid training to ensure you are positioned for rapid success with our team. The Sales Trainee will report directly to the senior team lead and executive sales manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
