Autonomous Operations Manager

This is a chance to be on the production floor, troubleshooting and problem solving on the fly to ensure we meet our production goals. This is a chance to develop as a leader, change agent, and technically as an Engineer. Additionally, you can expect to: - Serve as the brewery or site ATO Manager overseeing the implementation of the following initiatives to drive 100% mindset:- Root Cause Analysis - Clean and Tag - Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) - Coach and mentor team members - Cascade and implement best practices at the site - Communicate and provide updates to site Senior Leadership Team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Management discipline. - Demonstrated leadership and a change agent - Strong interpersonal, problem solving and root cause analysis skills - Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude preferred. - Self-directed and willing to assume new responsibilities to support changing needs of department - Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems. - Demonstrated leadership and change management skills. - Ability to cross-functionally move between departments and divisions. - Flexibility and availability to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends.
