As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be detailed orientated and responsible for ensuring that our products meet the established standards set by the company. Job Responsibilities - Responsible for lid production process, specifically, utilizing data to analyze trends to understand root causes while partnering with production team to drive sustainable process improvements. - Drive compliance program through routine threshold testing and training of employees - Utilize programs throughout full operations process to measure performance against key performance indicators and customer specifications - Lead and develop Quality Assurance team members. - Lead process work groups consisting primarily of quality team members, but also cross-functional groups in Operations. - Lead development and monitoring of all critical control points to ensure consistency and quality. - Utilize VPO tools to achieve critical metric targets and close gaps in performance (root cause analysis, Gap Analysis, MCRS meeting schedules and action logs, 5 - Why's, PDCA and SDCA cycles, etc.). - Responsible for financial performance of area. - Oversee preventative maintenance work in area of responsibility. - Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are being followed. - Monitor production plans to maintain quality and accomplish current and future schedules. - Ensure that quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Management discipline. - 1-5 years professional experience in a manufacturing environment - Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation; technical and problem solving skills. - Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems. - Demonstrated leadership and change management skills. - Ability to cross-functionally move between departments and divisions. - Flexibility and availability to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends.
