Teams within CTS include End User Technology, the IT Service Desk, Service Delivery Management, Corporate Financial Systems, Corporate Systems, Audio Visual Services, IT Product Management and Technology User Experience. CTS is a global organization of 150 members located across 15 AB offices and reports to the Chief Technology Officer. The Audio Visual Services team is responsible for enterprise wide engineering & design, deployment and day to day operations of the firms Audio, Video and collaboration technology and systems. We are seeking a Nashville-based AV Operations Manager to join our Audio Visual Services team in Corporate Technology Services. Describe the role: The Nashville AV Technical Lead will be responsible for providing the highest quality of technical support and advisory services to Nashville AB staff including the executive team. The role requires coordination of resources and technology to support our day to day requirements and events, ensuring all meeting and tech support requests are delivered professionally and expeditiously, also working in a complimentary role to the New York, London and San Antonio Operations teams to support all offices globally. The successful candidate will be methodical, structured and self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and prioritize work is essential. The role also acts as our Nashville office point of contact to receive, handle and process user's queries, requests & complaints. Describe the applications and business or enterprise functions the role supports: This is a Nashville-based role that will interact with all AB businesses and will be working with all AB’s existing audio visual technology (Zoom, Polycom, AMX, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Soundstructure) as well as be involved in the review of all new technologies. The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensuring prompt, courteous and appropriate response to all internal client requests with a high standard of service in accordance with the SLA's for AV Support. Accurately record and accommodate requests and queries made to AV Support. Monitor and respond to messages in AV Support mailboxes. Review and QA of our internal AV Resource Booking, AV & VC booking procedures. Schedule, test, connect and monitor video conferences using our Polycom Hardware and Zoom cloud video communication platforms. Respond and accommodate ad-hoc AV and conference requests. Contact customers to discuss, confirm and advise their video conference requirements. Report all service shortcomings affecting AV to Head of Global AV Services.. Maintain personal awareness of procedures relevant to AV Support, ensuring that changes are brought to the attention of the process owner. Work with the Global team to assist in the diagnosis and rectification of faults to ensure that all systems are fully functional, and that equipment and system downtime are kept to a minimum and ensure complete closeout and turnover of jobs to the client or service department. Job Qualifications: At least 3-5 years experience installing or supporting audiovisual systems Demonstrated experience provide face to face technical and advisory support/customer service to our internal client base. Excellent business communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills Ability to remain reserved, yet engaged, during high-tension situations Proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams including business users and other technology teams Qualifications, Experience, Education: Bachelor’s degree CTS certification Preferred Skills: Audio and/or video production and engineering Strong customer support presence and high energy.
