We are currently seeking qualified individuals to fill the Afternoon Front Gate position at our facility. This is an important role that involves managing access to the premises during the late-night hours. Details of the position are as follows:
Position: Afternoon Front Gate Staff
Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Working Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
Off Days: Tuesdays and Wednesday
Hourly Rate: $14.50
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the premises during the designated shift.
- Greet residents, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Verify identification, issue parking passes, and ensure compliance with parking regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of individuals entering and exiting the property.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any security or emergency situations.
- Collaborate with the security team to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or security-related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain alert and focused during overnight hours.
- Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes.
Please note that there may be occasions where personnel is needed to cover other shifts, providing opportunities for overtime work.
