Looking for an experienced RBT to provide home based ABA services for adorable first grade student who enjoys playing and baking. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with natural environment teaching and including siblings in sessions, and modeling teaching procedures for family! We are also hiring experienced ABA behavior technicians to implement teaching procedures and behavioral reduction procedures for other children in their home/ community and in our clinic in South Natick. Experience in ABA and ACT preferred, but we will train the correct candidate. The position includes the ability to work closely with families to "coach" parents to implement behavior procedures. Opportunities to be involved in facilitating play/social skills in our groups and providing 1:1 service in our clinic. The ABA behavior therapists play a critical role in the progress of our clients.

Full and Part time positions available. Full time positions available for vacation time, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, conference fee stipend, and other benefits

Competitive rates based on experience ($20-$25 per hour)

Current cases:

Millis - afterschool hours for First grade student

Hopkinton- support Kindergartener with high functioning autism in afterschool program

Holliston -daytime hours for High school student with high functioning autism; assist with life skills (interviewing skills, developing friendships)

Group Facilitators in South Natick for all ages.

Cases also available in Sherborn, Natick, Holliston, Millis, Sharon, Franklin and Medfield, Walpole, Medfield, Norfolk
