We are currently effectuating our hypergrowth strategy that incorporates 50 de novo clinic openings in the next 2-3 years, across the Eastern United States and broader markets to include Texas. Your Role
The HR Specialist/Recruiter will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources services by supporting the administrative and recruiting functions of the Human Resources Department across all managed companies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
- Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
- Performs document management to include scanning, filing, shredding, and organizing documents and files
- Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
- Ability to help develop, implement, support, and review all HR department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems
- Strong influencer, ability to influence candidates throughout the hiring process to promote a successful outcome, pre-empting and acting on candidate hesitation or queries
- Maintain open and proactive lines of candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience for all, regardless of the outcome of their application
- Comply with all company and legislative data protection requirements by responsibly storing candidate information and assessment notes
- Ensures consistent alignment to company values and behaviors
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
- Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.)
- Compliance with all policies and legal requirements
- Other duties as assigned
HR Specialist /Recruiter Qualifications/Skills:

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- BS/BA in human resources management, business administration or relevant field
- Successful work experience as a HR Specialist, or other HR position
- Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, required, Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making
- Strength of character, ethics, and commitment, and reliability
- HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
