Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role based in Queen Creek, AZ. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at ABA Classroom Management Systems' sister company, WAVES of ABA, your day-to-day tasks will involve implementing behavior-analytic services, collecting data on individualized treatment goals, assisting in developing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid RBT credential
- Min one school year within the SPED classroom environment
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans effectively
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
