General Manager

To relate the success of ABCPOS directly to the strength of our management team, we are seeking an experienced general manager to join us. As an ideal candidate, you’ll be a born leader with previous managerial experience in SAAS software company. You’ll have proven experience overseeing operations, and potentially human resources, finance, and communications departments, too. The General Manager will bring a combination of leadership and management skill, can-do spirit, and trustworthiness to ensure that the company and all staff are working to full potential and consistently providing clients with high-quality service. Ultimately, you’re driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity

• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement

• Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships

• Provide guidance and feedback to help employees strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas

• Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals

• Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time

• Engage in key or targeted customer activities.

• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans

• Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values

• Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved

• Report key results to the corporate management.

• Assist the corporate management in broader organizational strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Possess 3 years’ experience successfully managing and executing work across the above-listed functions, with 2 or more years directly managing a team in SAAS software company;

• Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills

• Diplomatic, emotionally mature, and a consummate team player with the ability to motivate others;

• Demonstrates a keen ability to independently set and accomplish goals and identify/analyze/solve problems;

• Administering, evaluating, and recommending changes, as appropriate, to the benefits offered by the company;

• Determining staff needs in coordination with Executive and Management team members.

• Bi-lingual communication: English and Mandarin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
