As a Payroll Customer Service Representative, you'll be the “Go to” for processing payroll efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Processing payroll requests accurately and on time
- Collaborating and cross-training with other departments
- Communicating effectively in-person, by phone, and e-mail
- Delivering exceptional customer care
- Functioning as a reliable and efficient team member
- Previous payroll experience required
- Two-year or four-year college degree a plus
- A track record of reliability, confidentiality, and conscientious work habits
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with customers
- Proven experience in successfully managing a high volume of data, while meeting multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of payroll fundamentals
- Computer savvy, proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Attention to detail with an exceptional level of accuracy
- Ability to organize, prioritize and work independently with little supervision
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
