Title: HR Workday Assistant
Location: Kennesaw, GA
Duration: 12 Months
The HR Assistant - Workday role will be an integral part of the Workday Support Team. Client is launching Workday in early December as its first Human Capital Management system. The Workday Support Team will be responsible for assisting Workday users with any questions, issues, needs, or troubleshooting the users might have. Workday users will be able to reach the Workday Support Team through a dedicated Case Management system.
The HR Assistant - Workday role will be responsible for:
- Monitoring the Workday Case Management Queue, and routing cases to appropriate levels and members of the support team.
- Ensures that caseloads will be balanced across the Workday Support team.
- Monitoring SLAs and case closure timings and will work with the Support team to ensure oldest cases are addressed first.
- Monitors cases to ensure no PII data has been submitted, and edits cases to remove PII data if needed.
- Monitors cases for high priority and high severity cases and ensures that the Support team is notified appropriately.
- Utilizes Case Management data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Builds process mapping for correct case management routing across various teams.

- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to handle high case volumes
- Be able to quickly learn and anticipate which cases should go to which support team
- Be able to identify urgent and critical issues, and escalate as needed
- Be able to work independently
