We are working with a leading organization who has been in business for over 50 years and is looking to add an Accounting Assistant to their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Accounts Receivable functions.
- Assist with weekly payroll processing and reconciliation.
- Process monthly journal entries in accounting system.
- Assist with Accounts Payable functions.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, monthly.
- Perform ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- High School diploma required.
- 1-2 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- ADP - Workforce Now experience preferred.
- Attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
