This position reports to
Planning & Fulfillment Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.\n\nThis is an on-site position based in Richmond, Virginia. Relocation assistance will be provided. \n\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power division in the United States.\n\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\n \tTranslates projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule\n \tAssembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.\n \tIdentifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.\n \tScheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of experience in Planning & Fulfillment
- 5 years experience in the following fields: budget & performance management, data analysis & reporting, order handling & fulfillment, resource management & capacity planning, inventory management & control.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
