Pay Range: $19.70 - $23.10 Shift Premium: $.20 for 2nd shift & $.30 3rd shift (based on a progression pay scale)

Your responsibilities

  • *Monitor the D screen
  • *Issue pick tickets based off demands from the D screen
  • *Populate the backorder screen when material is not available to be picked
  • *Answer phone calls coming into the receiving office
  • *Correction of pick tickets to incorrect department
  • *Confirm, change, create and delete transfer orders
  • *Issue material to a cost center
  • *Process goods issued to cost center, service center and material part number changes
  • *Posting goods movements such as stock transfers to outlying plants, consignment material, or subcontracted material
  • *Create manual bill of lading for inner transfers and outlying plants and 3rd party outsourcing
  • *Print daily material pick tickets through ZFFW1
  • *Add, delete, and print backorders
  • *Monitor and process the raw material production shortage screen
  • *Monitor door and gate, answer and open as needed
  • *Notify dock workers of vendors at back door
  • *Address miscellaneous requests from walk ins
  • *All jobs assigned by supervisor
  • *Monitor warehouse email for material request
  • *Confirm Andon request in SFD
Your background

  • *Must have good reading, math, written, and verbal communication skills
  • *Proficient in using multiple transactional screens in SAP
  • *Ability to answer multiple phone lines
  • *Proficient at multi-tasking
  • *Proficient in Microsoft office programs
  • *Proficient in BUS
  • *Detailed oriented
  • *Ability to maintain accurate records and transactions
  • *Ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • *Ability to drive multiple kinds forklifts if needed
