In this position, you will oversee the Customer Returns Area in the ABB Mount Juliet Distribution Center. You will lead a team of operators executing warehousing activities for incoming and outgoing goods following established procedures with a continuous improvement mindset.

Your responsibilities
- Oversee the Customer Returns Area – managing and leading by example. Drive operational efficiency.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve processes – adhering to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Establish metrics for the area and drive accountability with the customer returns team – including development of dashboards and use of visual management.
- Evaluate and determine functionality of products returned. Accept/reject based on technical specifications, quality standards, and overall condition of the return – packaging, documentation, completeness, etc.
- Drive accuracy while operating within multiple systems – warehouse management, SAP, Salesforce.
- Ensure various warehousing operations including packing and storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching are executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
- Operate with utmost integrity and a high work ethic.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse facility OR Associate degree and 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse facility.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
