Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents and brokers
- Assist with preparing and organizing real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and closing statements
- Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
- Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses
- Communicate with clients, customers, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
- Assist in managing client databases and maintaining accurate records
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from potential buyers or sellers
- Assist in marketing efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materials
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations is a plus
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
