Job Description:
- Enter source data into payroll and accounting software.
- Review data for deficiencies.
- Resolve deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the account leader for resolution.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures as trained.
- Verify entered data by reviewing and correcting incorrect data.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures.
- Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepare/process quarterly and annual payroll tax reports and W-2's

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Recent Associates Degree in Accounting or related OR Recent bookkeeping experience required specific to payroll preferred
- Data entry experience or related office experience
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic use and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Work hours:
- Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
